Declaring Documents as Records

To declare a document a record

  1. Locate the document you want to declare a record.

  2. Expand the More section in the document’s Actions menu.

  3. Select Declare Record.

    This moves the document to your site’s archive server.

To declare multiple documents as records

  1. Select the check boxes of the documents you want to declare as records.

  2. Select Declare Record from the Document Actions drop-down menu.

    This moves the documents to your site’s archive server.
