Removing the Record Attribute from Documents

Locate the document for which you want to remove the record attribute.

Expand the More section in the document’s Actions menu.

Select Undeclare Record.

This moves the document from the archive server back to the document server.

Select the check boxes of the documents for which you want to remove the record attribute.

Select Uneclare Record from the Document Actions drop-down menu.

This moves the documents from the archive server back to the document server.
