Your DM administrator configures flex folders for your site. Because the display titles for flex folder nodes are modifiable, the following provides the default names and describes their functionality.
Each flex folder can support any of the following nodes:
All Clients and Matters – The “All” node view displays the entire hierarchical lookup structure. All lookup values in the hierarchy to which you have been granted security rights appear.
Recent Clients and Matters – The “Recent” view node displays all of the lookup hierarchy values that you have recently used or created against. For example, this node might contain all of the matters under which you have filed documents in the last 30 days.
My Subscriptions – The “Subscriptions” node view displays the levels, or lookup values, to which you have subscribed (or had subscribed to you). For example, you might want to subscribe to a particular matter within a client, instead of subscribing to the client and all of its matters. You can subscribe to both clients and individual or multiple matters.
