The Change Vital Status Command

In RM, documents that are vital to the operation of your organization should be marked as such to help avoid accidental modification or removal, and to identify the highest priorities when backing up or archiving documents.

The vital status of a document is shown in its profile.

To change the vital status of a document, select Change Vital Status from the document's Actions drop-down menu on a search results page. You can also change the vital status of multiple documents by selecting their check boxes, then selecting Change Vital Status from the RM Actions drop-down menu.
