Hiding Enumerations

You can hide an enumerated value (such as “Document Type”) in order to view only the values that you want to see.

For example, you might have an RM subscription level, which contains enumerations based on User Names. You could hide a particular user name.

To hide an enumeration value:

  1. Expand the subscription level/matter containing an enumeration.

  2. Hover your cursor over the enumeration (search object); when the pop-up menu appears, select Hide Enumeration.

    The value no longer appears in the expanded node.
