Adding Folders
To add a folder:

Click the Add New left navigation menu and select Folder.

The Add Folder form appears; complete the required fields.

If you want to make the folder accessible to all users, select the Public Folder check box.

Click OK.
You can add folders within folders and have multiple sub-folders.

Note: Use the Location drop down in the Add Folder form to select the Library in which the folder should be stored.
Use the Profile drop down in the Add Folder form to select a profile form when there are multiple profile forms available for folders. |
